The OpportunityAs we enter our fourth year, Edenlab is looking for our first dedicated growth leader to evolve us into a multi-million pound firm.
With a client portfolio featuring Unilever, EDF, Good Energy, Trainline, Danone, Haleon, Carlsberg Britvic, Lloyds, POP, Financial Times, TUI, and Kingfisher, we've proven our ability to deliver transformative commercial impact.
We need someone who lives and breathes new business origination, who won't get pulled into delivery mode, and who can maintain relentless pipeline velocity while our founder, Leo, focuses on scaling and strategic growth.
This is a rare opportunity to architect the commercial engine for a consultancy solving one of the defining business challenges of our generation: how companies make money from the sustainability transition.
You'll report directly to the the CEO, Leo, with genuine ownership over how EdenLab grows; -shaping market positioning, building pipeline, and converting interest into lasting relationships with clients navigating the biggest business, social, economic, political and cultural transformation in history.
Architect Our Growth, Own the Trajectory
The Mission: Your Role in Our Expansion- Pipeline Development Build and manage qualified opportunities across our four core sectors through direct outreach, partner introductions, and strategic relationship building. Convert interest into proposals.
- Client Acquisition Lead new business conversations with senior executives (CEO/MD level). Scope engagements, craft compelling proposals, and close deals targeting £100k-£300k+ mandates.
- Market Positioning & Thought Leadership Lead the evolution of articulating our value proposition, positioning EdenLab as the go-to partner for commercial-first sustainability strategy.
- Account Expansion: Work with delivery teams to identify opportunities within existing clients. Turn one-off projects into ongoing relationships.
- Network Building Become a visible presence in the transformation and clean economy space. Leverage events, partnerships, and strategic relationships to generate inbound interest.
- Commercial Infrastructure Establish CRM systems, pipeline management practices, and forecasting capabilities. Create repeatable methodologies for qualification, scoping, and proposal development.
