Director of Capital Markets & Project Finance

We are seeking a senior leader in capital markets and project finance to join a growing renewable energy platform focused on solar, distributed generation, and battery storage. This role is central to structuring and executing the companys capital strategies, including debt, tax equity, mezzanine, and other financing facilities across development, construction, and operational assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage capital structures to meet business needs.
• Lead financial modeling, investor presentations, and marketing materials.
• Drive term sheet negotiations, coordinate legal and third-party resources, and close transactions.
• Oversee facility management, including compliance, draws, and ongoing administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain strong industry relationships and stay on top of market trends.

Qualifications:

• 1015+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance and capital markets.
• Deep knowledge of debt and tax equity structures; distributed generation/community solar experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of leading deals in fastpaced environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
