Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and prospect engagement in the B2B SaaS space. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building qualified pipelines, conducting product demos, and nurturing prospects through effective follow-ups. Prior exposure to sustainability/ESG solutions is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  1. Lead Qualification & Outreach – Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in target industries.
  2. Product Demonstrations – Conduct tailored demos of Ecoratings’ sustainability solutions to prospects, showcasing value and ROI.
  3. Follow-ups with Prospects – Manage ongoing communication, ensuring timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
  4. Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  5. Market Intelligence – Track industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs to refine outreach strategy.
  6. Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and demo scheduling KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development / inside sales.
  • Experience in sustainability solutions / ESG / climate tech is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, demos, and client engagement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, CRM platforms(Sales Force), email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, self-starter mindset
