Your mission

Our international team is looking for a (Junior) Controller who will be responsible for our financial management, budgets, and reporting in close alignment with our CFO. Our ideal candidate has experience in financial controlling and is ready to take full ownership and responsibility over all the related functions in different markets. You combine your strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail. In this role, you will be a key business partner that provides insights to (senior) management, while also ensuring budgets are kept . In this role you will:


  • Create deeper financial insights by
    • Maintaining oversight of company, business units and project budgets to ensure KPIs are tracked and reached
    • Developing financial and operating forecasts and report variances
    • Analyzing financial performance, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
    • Coordination and preparation of the yearly budget
  • Provide insights and transparency to management, shareholders and debt providers by
    • Development of financial reports
    • Building financial models and forecasts
  • Drive continuous improvements and efficiency by
    • Implementing process improvements as well as automations for the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards

Your profile

Your skills:

  • 2+ years of prior working experience as a Controller
  • Experience in an international company with multiple entities and intercompany transactions is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point
  • Strong communicator and excellent in stakeholder management
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, e.g. Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Fluent in English (English is our daily working language)
