Carbon Market Specialist

We’re Hiring | Carbon Markets Specialist – Manila, Philippines ??

EcoGuard Global is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia and we are looking for an experienced Carbon Markets professional to join our Manila office.

We are seeking candidates with:

? Minimum 5 years of experience in carbon markets

? Strong working knowledge of global carbon standards and registries including Verra, Gold Standard, CDM and related mechanisms

? Understanding of Article 6 frameworks, international carbon trading and cooperative approaches

? Experience working with multilateral and international organisations such as World Bank, ADB, WRI, RMI or similar institutions

? Experience in carbon project development, methodology implementation, MRV, carbon finance, or climate policy

? Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities

This role will involve working on high-impact projects across voluntary and compliance carbon markets, digital MRV systems, industrial decarbonisation, Article 6 opportunities, and climate finance initiatives across Asia and emerging markets.
