We're now looking for an associate-middle level Field Service Technician . This position is a full-time , remote/position.

Responsibilities:

1.Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

-Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to DC and AC coupled systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

-Perform hardware and software diagnostics to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

-Utilize certifications and expertise in FranklinWH, Enphase, and Tesla systems to deliver effective solutions.

2.On-Site Support:

-Travel within the designated territory to conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements.

-Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

3.Safety and Compliance:

-Apply all necessary safety procedures and adhere to industry standards during troubleshooting, repairs, and customer interactions.

4.Collaboration and Process Improvement:

-Work closely with R&D teams to refine troubleshooting techniques and enhance system performance.

-Develop and implement new procedures to streamline workflows and improve departmental efficiency.

5.Customer Engagement:

-Communicate effectively with customers and installers, providing clear updates and technical guidance.

-Foster strong customer relationships by delivering professional and reliable service.

6.Documentation and Training:

-Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

-Mentor Tier 1 support staff and contribute to onboarding and training programs for new team members.

7.Software Proficiency:

-Utilize Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting, communication, and data analysis.

Qualification:

-Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Proven expertise in DC and AC coupled systems troubleshooting.

-Knowledge of or certification in FranklinWH, Enphase, and Tesla systems is highly preferred.

-Strong understanding of NEC codebook standards and their applications.

-Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new procedures to optimize team performance.

-Thorough knowledge and application of safety procedures and protocols.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

-Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and perform under pressure.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
