EcoCounts is looking for an experienced Fundraising Lead Trustee to lead fundraising strategy, develop income streams, and support the growth of a mission-driven, climate-focused organisation.

Our Board is currently small, engaged, and actively involved in organisational development. As an early-stage initiative, we operate with limited fundraising infrastructure and no dedicated fundraising staff. While this presents challenges, it also creates a rare opportunity for a trustee to play a genuinely formative role in building strategy, systems, and momentum from the ground up.
Over the next 12 months, EcoCounts aims to strengthen its operational foundations, expand its programme of community-based initiatives, and develop scalable tools and partnerships. Building a clear, realistic, and diversified income strategy is therefore a critical priority.

- Experience with trusts & foundations, partnerships, philanthropy, or unrestricted income
- Experience supporting fundraising in small or resource-constrained organisations
- Experience working with or guiding volunteer-led initiatives
