Hiring: Operations Intern – ESG & Compliance Reporting

Location: Mumbai

Duration: 6-Month Full-Time Internship

Compensation: Paid (Stipend provided)


About the Role

Eco Nidhi is looking for execution-focused interns passionate about sustainability, industrial waste management, ESG reporting, and environmental compliance.

This is a hands-on role, not a presentation-only internship. You will work directly on actual reporting, traceability, and compliance requirements linked to waste management operations, recyclers, industrial stakeholders, and circular economy projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • ESG Reporting: Support the creation of comprehensive ESG and sustainability reports.
  • Compliance Trackers: Assist in CPCB/SPCB compliance documentation and tracking systems.
  • Data Validation: Collect, validate, and structure operational DMRV (Data, Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) waste data.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Actively coordinate with operations and recycling stakeholders.
  • Audit Readiness: Maintain organized, audit-ready records and reporting documentation.
  • Traceability Workflows: Support end-to-end traceability and compliance reporting workflows.


Who Should Apply

  • Available for a dedicated, full-time 6-month internship in Mumbai.
  • Recent graduates from TISS or similar premier institutions.
  • Strong foundational interest in ESG, waste management, and sustainability.
  • Highly organized with sharp documentation and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and operational follow-ups.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and willing to engage on-ground when required.
