Your Role

As the Regional Impact Lead – Latin America, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Implementing the Global Impact Framework (GIF) across Latin America, in alignment with the organization’s global and regional guidelines.
  • Developing and guiding project teams in the design of Theories of Change, LogFrames, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) plans, and learning processes.
  • Developing and implementing impact management, monitoring, and evaluation tools and processes in alignment with the organization’s global guidelines.
  • Coordinating impact management, project monitoring, and reporting processes with field teams and country offices.
  • Ensuring the technical quality of monitoring, evaluation, data management, and results reporting processes within the scope of the role.
  • Managing and monitoring impact data and indicators related to projects across the region, ensuring their quality, consistency, and timely updating.
  • Developing and delivering training for teams on methodologies, digital tools, and good practices related to impact management and measurement.
  • Contributing to the development of new projects, with responsibility for designing monitoring components, indicators, Theories of Change, and impact measurement frameworks.

Experience or interest in sustainability, responsible supply chains, regenerative agriculture, human rights, community development, or rural development will help you connect quickly with our mission and the communities we serve.


Workings Conditions

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineer-ing, Chemistry, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferable)
  • Language(s): Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Employment: Full-time (CLT – 44 hours per week)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Location: Piracicaba Region (São Paulo, Brazil), Mexico City (Mexico), or Quito (Ecuador).
