We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, mission-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Co- Founder to lead our Sales, Partnerships, and Business Development functions here at Earth Miles.

Earth Miles is building the world’s first loyalty program for sustainable transport! We are backed a group of international VC’s including Antler, Proptech Fonden and Ada Ventures and are already rewarding thousands of people's sustainable transport usage.


Working with businesses of all types to nudge people towards greener transport. And right now you have a unique opportunity to join as a key early leader and co-founder, helping scale Earth Miles beyond borders.


You’ll be the face of our commercial strategy and infrastructure - responsible for driving revenue, building strategic alliances, across B2C brands, corporate clients, and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities include:


  • Sales Leadership: Manage our existing partnerships and execute a go-to-market strategy for B2B

partnerships, corporate sustainability clients, and brand collaborations+

  • Partnerships: Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with B2C brands, city programs, and partners+
  • Revenue Growth: Build and manage a commercial pipeline with clear KPIs to scale revenue through

enterprise sales and platform integrations+

  • Strategy & Positioning: Work closely with the CEO to refine positioning, pricing models, and product-market fit for diverse customer segments+
  • Team Building: Lead a small, agile commercial team as we grow+
  • Co-Founder Contributions: Shape the company’s vision, culture, and long-term roadmap alongside the founding team.


About You

Proven experience in senior commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles (preferably in startups, climate tech, SaaS, or rewards/loyalty platforms).

- Exceptional ability to create and close strategic partnerships, especially in B2B environments.

- Comfortable in ambiguity and passionate about co-building a purpose-led startup.

- Strong communicator with both analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- You care about climate action, systems change, and inspiring behaviour at scale.

-Danish speaking or another Scandinavian language, but also comfortable in English

-Ideally situated in or around Copenhagen.

Bonus If You Have experience in rewards, loyalty, or behavioural platforms

Background in sales and building strong partnerships

Exposure to VC fundraising or early-stage startup leadership.
