Sustainable Investments Associate Financial Advisor

We are looking to add an Associate Financial Advisor in our Asheville, NC home office. This position will work with an experienced Financial Advisor to develop their skills and personal book of client business. Earth Equity is a leader in the sustainable, resilient, and innovation (SRI) investing industry, having just celebrated our twenty-first year in business. We are the sustainable investment arm of Prime Capital Financial, a $30+ billion registered investment advisory firm based in Overland Park, Kansas.

Candidates must be established financial advisors with current books of business who are looking to make a change and get into the world of sustainable investing with a market leader. They will be passionate about the environment, sustainability, and social issues. They should be service-oriented, involved in their community, and motivated to grow their business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service
• Proactively prospect for new clients
• Help clients with financial planning
• Recommend investments from Earth Equity's SRI models
• Meet with clients for reviews and other life events

Qualifications:

• Preferred to have a Series 65 or 66
• Clean regulatory record
• Preferred to have a current book of business
• Demonstrated history of exceptional client acquisition abilities
