We’re looking for a highly organized, entrepreneurial Assistant Manager to work directly with the company owner in a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting multiple business entities.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on structure, multitasking, and creative problem-solving. You’ll serve as the right hand to ownership — coordinating operations, managing schedules, tracking financials, and communicating with partners, investors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations across e2o Energy Group, SER Service Group, and SEERFLO.
- Manage project scheduling, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
- Handle investor communications and assist in preparing reports and financial updates.
- Maintain and analyze spreadsheets for project cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Assist with QuickBooks entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support development of proposals, presentations, and investor materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and complex spreadsheet modeling (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with QuickBooks and general financial management.
- Background in construction, mechanical, or energy industries preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
