We are looking for a Market Researcher (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Steer and manage external market research agencies in both quantitative and qualitative research, including managing procurement processes
  • Designing research studies including research question/hypothesis development, questionnaire and interview guide design, psychometric data validation (reliability and validity statistics), data collection and cleaning, data analysis, report writing, and presenting of research findings
  • Multinational stakeholder management and engagement, including the management of your own steering groups
  • Conduct significant primary quantitative research (hypothesis testing, multiple linear/logistic regression, factor and cluster analysis, Structural Equation Modelling, etc.)
  • Conduct significant primary qualitative research (in depth interviews, focus groups, thematic and content analysis, etc.)
  • Take insights into action via insights communication and engagement with central and regional units, ensuring insights are implemented in business processes collaboration and the use of knowledge management tools and practices.
  • Assist in managing knowledge management systems and communication channels (Stravito, Market Logic, intranet, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Embed knowledge sharing in day-to-day activities


What You Bring

  • A university degree in any of the following fields: Experimental psychology, criminology, sociology, business analytics/administration, or data science
  • Experience in the use of secondary data sources such as Nielsen, LCP Delta, etc.
  • At least three years corporate/public sector experience in quantitative and qualitative research, specifically using software such as R, Python, SAS
  • At least three years experience in market research (customer behaviour and attitudes, brand management) including research design, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in stakeholder management and can adjust to different company and regional cultures
  • Fluent English skills required, fluent German highly valued
  • Able to travel, have self-confidence, and persuasiveness
