Senior Delivery Manager

Salary - £61,601 - £74,963 plus company car/car allowance and excellent employee benefits

Location- Trinity House Nottingham (Hybrid working)

Here's what you'll be doing

Our Green Funding Solutions team is seeking a proactive, commercially astute Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of key programmes, including the Warm Homes Social Housing Fund and Warm Homes Local Grant.

You will build and manage strategic relationships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and delivery partners, while overseeing energy efficiency and renewable energy programmes to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships, from Board level to operational teams.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients, contractors and delivery partners.
• Lead complex programmes, delivering against operational, volume and commercial targets.
• Manage, motivate and develop Project Managers, Scheme Managers and Project Administrators.
• Drive continuous improvement, best practice and efficient customer journeys.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and effective risk management.
• Report programme performance and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.

What we need from you

• Proven experience managing senior customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong strategic partnering, commercial and contract management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programmes successfully.
• Knowledge of the retrofit, energy efficiency and/or renewable energy sector.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and programme management capability.
