Position Summary

This position requires travel up to 80% of the time to job sites with overnight stays, though employees typically return home on weekends.

We’re hiring a Construction Operator with a Class A CDL to support our EV infrastructure projects throughout Missouri and surrounding areas. This role involves operating construction equipment, hauling materials, and assisting with infrastructure installation. Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and related machinery) for site preparation and installation work

• Perform construction tasks including concrete, trenching, and site grading

• Transport equipment and materials to job sites using company trucks (Class A CDL required)

• Assist with installation of EV charging stations and related infrastructure

• Maintain and perform basic equipment checks to ensure safe operation

• Follow all safety standards and job site procedures

• Travel to various job sites (typically home on weekends)

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record

• Proven experience operating construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.)

• General construction experience, including concrete and site work

• Willingness to travel and work in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow project instructions

• Electrical infrastructure experience is a plus
