Our new initiative, IQEnergy AI, is an advanced digital platform that helps utilities and industries optimize power generation, reduce emissions, and improve operational efficiency through AI-driven analytics and predictive maintenance.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development, client acquisition, and brand expansion efforts globally. The ideal candidate will combine deep commercial skills with a strong appreciation for energy technology and AI solutions.
Role Overview
As the Sales & Marketing Manager for IQ Energy AI, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging clients in power generation, utilities, and process industries.
You’ll design and execute marketing strategies, build client relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and represent the company at industry events worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote IQ Energy AI’s services to global utilities and industrial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, industry partnerships, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Represent IQ Energy AI at trade shows, conferences, and online events.
- Develop revenue forecasts, market intelligence reports, and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales in the energy, industrial automation, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with AI, IoT, or digital transformation platforms for utilities or manufacturing.
- Strong networking skills with utilities, EPCs, OEMs, or process plant operators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
