Ducon is a leading engineering and technology company, established since 1938, and now expanding into the clean energy and industrial AI space. Our new initiative, IQEnergy AI, is an advanced digital platform that helps industries optimize power generation, reduce emissions, and improve operational efficiency through AI-driven analytics and predictive maintenance.

 

We are looking for a dynamic Product  Manager  to spearhead this new business division with  total responsibility to develop sales, operation and implementation of this platform. You will be involved in sales and marketing efforts of our business through content creation,, business presentations, client acquisitions, platform implementation, and growing this new business division. The ideal candidate will combine all these commercial and technical skills with a strong appreciation for AI solutions.

 

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for  this new business segment, you’ll be responsible for  generating all leads with industrial and utility clients, and build revenue, manage the team for implementation, of the online platform, and  develop the AI platform with inhouse technical team. You’ll design and execute marketing strategies, to build client relationships, and create brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our businesses to existing and new industrial clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
  • Work with clients to implement the Ai solutions in their plants with our technical team. 
  • Represent our company at trade shows, conferences, and online events.
  • Develop revenue forecasts, market intelligence reports, and growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, columniations, or computer science.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales in the energy, industrial automation, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI, IoT, social media ads, and or digital transformation platforms
  • Excellent communication, computer, graphics, and creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
