This full-time MBA Summer Internship position at the Drumini Foundation for MBA students and for students doing Masters in Social Science. The intern will contribute across various projects focusing on Marketing, Market Development, Client Acquisition, Partner Onboarding. Daily tasks include conducting research, assisting with project planning and implementation, community engagement, data analysis, report writing, and supporting outreach and communications initiatives. The intern will work closely with team members, partners, and community stakeholders to drive impactful change.


 Qualifications

 

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation

Project planning, organization, and time management abilities

Passion for social impact, with a commitment to gender-inclusive and community-driven initiatives

Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms

  • Prior knowledge in non-profits, CSR projects, or grassroots initiatives is a plus
