So, what will you be doing?
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for improving work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and coordination of all planned maintenance activities performed at the site and coordinating their execution with the operations team.

So, what will you be doing?
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for improving work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and coordination of all planned maintenance activities performed at the site and coordinating their execution with the operations team.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Good verbal and written communications
- Responsible for the daily maintenance planning for mechanical and electrical crafts for the site.
- Will work to ensure that planning and scheduling are being used effectively to manage toward more reliable maintenance departments at the sites. Experience in a maintenance-operations coordination process a plus.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer and applications (Microsoft Office suite). Experience with CMMS/ERP system required, Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
- Must be able to analyze financial and cost data and develop conclusions and recommendations for maintenance budget planning.
- Ability to perform job duties under pressure, independently, with little or no supervision and meet deadlines
- Work safely with an emphasis on following company safety procedures and best management practices
- Ability to interact with self-confidence, poise, and professionalism
- Must be a problem solver with the ability to find and implement resolutions
- Ability to work flexible schedule as needed
