Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate training plans and support safety inductions
- Oversee site facilities and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Monitor and maintain fleet vehicle records
- Keep accurate reports and records to support compliance and efficiency
- Liaise with contractors and manage stock levels
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site environment
What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone who’s equal parts organised, approachable, and proactive. Here’s what will help you shine in this role:
- A natural organiser who thrives on structure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Confident communicator—whether you’re answering phones, briefing staff, or coordinating with contractors.
- Detail-oriented and diligent when it comes to record-keeping, reporting, and compliance.
- Comfortable navigating procurement systems and managing budgets (bonus points if you’ve used Maximo).
- Passionate about staff wellbeing and creating a positive workplace environment.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage training logistics, document control, and digital systems.
- A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with teams across departments and supporting site-wide initiatives.
