Plant Operator - Rosehill, NSW

Join our team at our state-of-the-art RAP Processing Facility in Rosehill, NSW, where we process and recycle more than 100,000 tonnes of waste annually, recovering up to 95% of materials for reuse in Asphalt & Civil works.
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Plant Operator with Front End Loader & Excavator experience to support our growing operations team.
What You'll Bring:
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card) - Essential
- Proven experience operating a Front End Loader - Essential
- Current Australian Driver's Licence - Essential
- Truck/Rigid (HR or MR) Licence - Highly regarded
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude to assist with basic plant maintenance and troubleshooting - Beneficial
- Experience within recycling, waste, manufacturing, or production environments - Desirable
- Strong commitment to Zero Harm and workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude
