About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and dynamic Operations and Technical Program Specialist to support the coordination and execution of our global agricultural and sustainability programs.
This role bridges operational excellence with technical program implementation — working closely with farmers, agronomists, and Program Managers to ensure smooth, data-driven, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations & Technical Program Manager in coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring all project and program activities.
- Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and Program Managers to implement and oversee agricultural programs globally.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Utilize Excel and other digital tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed, accurate records of program activities, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between operational and technical teams.
- Prepare travel plans and manage logistics for meetings, field visits, and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technologies or a related field is preferred; candidates with a strong technical background (e.g., engineering, data analytics, operations, etc.) will also be considered.
- Experience in agricultural technologies or strong interest in agri-tech innovations.
- Ability to quickly adapt to digital agricultural tools and technology platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead initiatives when required.
- Excellent communication skills and successful farmer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
