About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our agricultural technology operations team in Bornova, İzmir. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the full lifecycle of Doktar’s smart agricultural solutions — from installation and onboarding to ongoing support and performance optimization.


You will be actively involved in field operations, including installation and setup of IoT devices, both locally and internationally. Acting as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, you will play a critical role in delivering consistent value, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the successful adoption of Doktar’s technologies in the field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer success lifecycle for Doktar’s smart agriculture solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform and support on-site installation, setup, and commissioning of IoT devices in agricultural environments.
  • Conduct regular device checks, maintenance, calibration, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring effective and optimal use of solutions.
  • Handle service requests and coordinate issue resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support customer deployments and field operations.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and operations teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate service and activity records; prepare reports on customer performance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success processes, tools, and documentation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Technical disciplines, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, technical support, aftersales, or field operations (preferably in agritech or IoT environments).
  • Strong customer orientation with problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to work in field conditions and rural environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including international travel.
  • Good command of Turkish & English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with IoT systems, hardware installations, or agricultural technologies is a plus.
  • Active driver with a B category driving license.
  • Available to start immediately
