Marketing Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Lead who shares this passion for sustainability and innovation, and who is eager to make a real impact. The ideal candidate will develop and execute Doktar’s marketing strategy, lead the team, and deliver outstanding results across our global marketing efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to marketing team members by evaluating and developing marketing strategies.
 - Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness in target markets and drive product penetration.
 - Create and implement marketing action plans for each product and business line.
 - Lead marketing communications, event marketing, and social media activities.
 - Analyze, optimize, and expand digital and performance marketing activities.
 - Oversee and continuously improve SEO and content marketing efforts for each of our brands.
 - Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure strong ROI.
 - Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
 - Act as a hands on role model for the team.
 - Communicate marketing plans and progress clearly across the organization.
 
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in developing and executing marketing plans, leading campaigns, and owning product or brand performance.
 - Fluent written and spoken English (native-like proficiency).
 - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
 - Strong ability in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and structured execution.
 - Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.
 - Energetic and results-driven, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
 - Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
 - Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to prove oneself through measurable achievements.
 - Well-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and impact.
