We are looking to hire a dedicated International Senior Sales Executive, who will join our International Sales team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, organized, and results-driven senior sales professional with solid experience in the agriculture sector, passionate about expanding Doktar’s footprint in global markets. They will actively contribute to developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales goals and expand the company’s market presence in the global agriculture sector.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and strategic partners across global markets.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to provide insights into agricultural trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the agricultural value chain.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure timely execution of sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, marketing) to align customer needs with product offerings and optimize solutions for agricultural clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent Doktar at international agricultural trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in international sales or business development, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the agriculture sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural systems, products, and services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and adapt strategies based on insights from the agricultural industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
