About the Role
We are looking for an Aftersales Specialist to join our agricultural technology operations team in Bornova, İzmir. This role is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction after the delivery and installation of Doktar’s smart agricultural devices. You will manage the full aftersales process — from device maintenance and performance monitoring to customer support, warranty follow-up, and field service coordination. Acting as the key contact between customers and technical teams, you will ensure that every Doktar solution delivers consistent value and reliability in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aftersales operations for Doktar’s smart agriculture devices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct and coordinate regular device maintenance, calibration, and performance monitoring.
- Handle warranty and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers, guiding them on optimal device use.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and operations teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed service records and prepare aftersales performance reports.
- Collaborate with agricultural and digital operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience post-installation.
- Support the development of aftersales standards, procedures, and documentation to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Machinery, Agricultural Technologies, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aftersales, customer service, or technical operations, preferably within agritech or IoT-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with agricultural IoT systems or smart farming technologies is a strong advantage.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and hands-on work in agricultural environments.
- Active driver with a B category driving license.
