The Role
We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our Direct Sales Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our breakthrough energy solutions and setting qualified appointments for our sales team to close. No prior experience in solar is required—we’ll provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, build rapport, and spark interest in SOLRITE’s energy plan
Clearly explain the benefits of our program and qualify prospects
Schedule in-home appointments for our energy consultants
Track activity and results using our CRM system
Work closely with our sales team to hit (and exceed) weekly goals
