We seek a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue growth by direct sales in the western region as an individual, and also coordinate sales operations for the company by working with other team members. This role involves lead generation, deal closure, managing customer relationships, managing sales team members and leading the entire sales operations.


Role Overview

The Industry Sales Lead will drive B2B enterprise sales in Gujarat, focusing on industrial customers (manufacturing, infra, processing plants).


This is a penetration-driven role — requiring existing industry relationships and strong technical solution selling capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


1. Enterprise Industrial Sales

  • Leverage existing connections in Gujarat industries
  • Identify high-value accounts and penetrate decision-making layers
  • Present IoT-enabled technical water management solutions


2. End-to-End Revenue Ownership

  • Manage full sales funnel: outreach → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Drive revenue targets independently
  • Build sticky, multi-year enterprise accounts


3. Relationship Management

  • Develop trust with plant heads, EHS heads, operations teams, and CXOs
  • Build repeat business and expansion within accounts


4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor regulatory landscape and compliance needs
  • Identify white-space opportunities within industrial clusters


Required Qualifications & Skills (Must Haves):

  • 8–12 years of industrial B2B sales experience
  • Strong existing network in Gujarat industries
  • Technical solution selling background (automation/IoT/infra preferred)
  • Gujarati language proficiency
  • Settled in Gujarat (local presence essential)
  • Stable employment history (4–5 year tenures preferred)
  • Own four-wheeler (regular plant visits required)
  • Willingness to travel across Gujarat


Preferred:

  • Exposure to climate-tech, wastewater, or compliance-heavy sectors
  • Experience in enterprise deal structuring
