Construction Project Manager – Northern Virginia (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and support leased datacenter projects. This role is ideal for professionals seeking career progression into full Lease Construction Manager responsibilities, with a strong focus on project execution and operational readiness.

Location: Northern Virginia (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Start Date: April 20, 2026 OR ASAP⏳ Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Responsibilities

  • Track project milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements
  • Conduct weekly site visits to assess progress against schedules
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Monitor risks, budgets, and lease partner deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers
  • Ensure safety compliance and accurate invoicing
  • Support audits, documentation reviews, and workflow improvements
  • Apply reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for automation and insights

✅ Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 8–12 years in construction project management
  • Education: Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management preferred

Core Skills:

  1. MEP knowledge (8+ years)
  2. Core & Shell Construction (3–5 years)
  3. Project Management/Coordination (6+ years)

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, adaptable under pressure
  • Preferred Background: Commercial construction or prior work with a general contractor
  • Performance Indicators: Safety KPIs, delivery milestones, documentation compliance
