Senior Product Manager (Hardware)
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide our product development in air pollution
control and carbon capture from conception to market launch, ensuring it meets both
technical requirements and market needs. This is a hardware role for candidates with prior
experience in the telecom, IoT, defense, or aerospace sectors.

Location: Devic Earth’s head office in Kadugodi, Bangalore
Required work experience: 6+ years in industry, particularly from electronics/IOT, heavy
industry, aerospace, defense, or telecom
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
● Manage product certification, licensing processes, and documentation
● Define product roadmap and strategy
● Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis
● Gather and prioritize product requirements
● Oversee product testing and quality assurance
● Oversee routine operations for our R&D lab
Required qualifications
● 6+ years of product management experience in electronics/hardware industry,
especially for telecommunications, heavy industry, aerospace, or defense
● Strong understanding of PCBs and basic electronics
● Experience with product certification processes (e.g., FCC, CE, ATEX)
● Excellent project management and communication skills
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or related field
● Willing to work in a fluid, fast-paced startup environment
● Familiarity with agile development methodologies
