Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and drive the implementation of innovative models and tools for entrepreneurship promotion.
  • Strengthen district-level entrepreneurship ecosystems through systemic prototypes such as entrepreneurship coalitions.
  • Lead and mentor field teams and local implementation partners to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with government agencies, banks, financial institutions, community-based organisations, and other ecosystem actors.
  • Document programme implementation, case studies, and learnings to generate knowledge products and inform policy linkages.
  • Capture, validate, and analyse ground-level data, maintain dashboards for monitoring enterprise development outcomes.
  • Represent DA in external forums, workshops, and networks to promote sustainable entrepreneurship models.
  • Contribute to proposal development and resource mobilisation efforts where required.
  • Coordination of SEG Operations in BKD.
  • Coordination with Budelkhand staff for implemention of SEG projects.

Education

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Rural Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Candidates with specialized certifications in entrepreneurship development, livelihood promotion, or project management will be preferred.

Experience

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, or livelihoods programming, preferably with NGOs, government missions, or development agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects, field teams, and partnerships with government, financial institutions, and community-based organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in ecosystem building for enterprise development or entrepreneurship promotion.
  • Experience in monitoring, data analysis, and preparation of knowledge products (case studies, reports, dashboards, etc.)
