- Strategy & Revenue Development
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Non-Project Recurring Revenues (NPRR).
- Explore and secure funding avenues beyond traditional project-based grants.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Support related business generation through training initiatives, capacity-building offerings, and other fee-based engagements.
- Program Design & Innovation
- Design and develop experimental and sustainability-focused learning products, including onsite, online, immersive, and activity-driven modules.
- Conceptualize paid learning programs and ensure their timely and effective delivery.
- Create, test, and iterate on innovative formats to strengthen revenue-generating program portfolios.
- Client Engagement & Outreach
- Identify, create, and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
- Lead outreach efforts and nurture client relationships to convert opportunities into recurring revenue.
- Ensure strong communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless program execution.
- Training & Capacity Building
- Develop and deliver training materials to build the capacity of staff and stakeholders in understanding and promoting revenue-generating initiatives.
- Facilitate internal awareness and capability enhancement for NPRR-related processes and offerings.
- Communication & Social Media
- Support internal communication efforts for program visibility and revenue-linked initiatives.
- Contribute to digital outreach by effectively using social media platforms to promote programs, training offerings, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with communications teams to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across platforms
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in programme management, business development, training, or revenue-focused roles (preferably in the development/non-profit sector).
- Strong communication, client engagement, training facilitation, and digital/social media proficiency.
- Experience in designing learning modules, managing paid programs, or leading capacity-building initiatives.
