Effective communication skills. Will be exposed to outdoor hot/humid and dusty/dirty work environment. The Depackaging Facility Supervisor supervises the workflow of materials through the depackaging system concerning procedure, safety, budget, quality control, and productivity. You will ensure the highest standards of environmental Safety and operational excellence by effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the Depackager and managing the costs efficiently within the operation. In addition, the Depackaging Supervisor works with external service vendors and internal logistics personnel.  Complies with OSHA and EPA regulations and ensures adherence to Safe Work Practices to encourage safe and efficient operations. Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment through daily cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance programs  5 years of experience in maintenance working with heavy equipment ~1 year of experience in a supervisor or other management role requiring a thorough knowledge of safe working practices, OSHA, and other federal and state regulations.  ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word That's why we strive to ELEVATE you to be your best, both at work and at home. they’re part of a broader commitment to helping you thrive in all aspects of life.
