This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. The Laborer position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks that support the overall workflow of the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Laborers will handle materials, assist skilled tradespeople, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful execution of projects by being proactive and adaptable to changing demands. Ultimately, this position plays a crucial role in supporting the company's goals and delivering quality results to our clients. Connects hoses to equipment and completes routine equipment maintenance. Basic tool knowledge and mechanical skills. Performs general light maintenance and repair activities on dewatering equipment. Moves equipment when needed. Lubricates and checks machinery and equipment. Runs errands and picks up supplies and equipment. Cleans and maintains the operation site, including sweeping, taking out trash, and keeping the operation in order. Ensure the project operates consistently to meet customer expectations, OSHA regulations, and company policy. Communicate effectively with others at the job site Ensure work areas inside the office and outside and around the project site are kept clean. Maintain a professional appearance and use personal protection equipment (PPE) when required. High school diploma or GED certificate High school diploma or equivalent. - This is an entry-level position. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction or industrial environment. Previous experience in a laborer or similar role. OSHA certification or safety training. Travel:  May be necessary. The required skills for this position include physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, which are essential for performing labor-intensive tasks.
