Your responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will take the engineering lead for offshore wind projects, from preparation to execution:
- Drive the engineering, preparation, and execution of our offshore wind installation projects
- Develop detailed method statements to ensure safe and efficient operations offshore
- Review and validate Orcaflex analyses performed by the engineering team
- Review engineering reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements
- Prepare work packs for project execution
- Translate theory into practice on site, optimizing and leading operations when needed
- Support the project with ad-hoc operational needs and respond to project management queries
- Ensure planning, reporting, cost management and budget follow-up
At sea or onshore, you will proudly lead by example - delivering innovative solutions, safeguarding safety, and staying focused on results.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Dredging Engineering
- Experience in subsea cable installation or offshore wind installation projects
- Willing to work abroad on vessels, project sites, and in the office
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communicator and true team player: you care, you dare, and you deliver
- Hands-on mindset, commitment to safety, and passion for offshore innovation
