About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Founder Associate Intern to work directly with the CEO.
This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to how a startup is built and scaled. You will be involved in decision-making, execution, and cross-functional projects across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how to operate at founder level and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
What You Will Do
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic priorities and day-to-day execution
- Drive special projects across strategy, operations, product, and growth
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights
- Support business development, partnerships, and investor outreach
- Help prepare materials for fundraising (pitch decks, research, data rooms)
- Identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes
- Do targeted research : Competitor scans, supplier screening, standards/regulatory checks, or short landscape summaries for CTO decisions.
- Organise notes, meeting summaries, milestone trackers, and selected technical project documentation for CTO

- Bachelor in Business
- Fluent in German
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking
- Strong execution skills and ability to move quickly from idea to action
- High ownership mindset: you take responsibility and follow through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building from zero
Bonus points:
- Previous experience in startups, consulting, or fast-paced environments
- Fluent in French
