Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a new member for Telecom Business Unit who will work as Sales Manager with the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electric, Electronic or Electric & Electronic or Similar Departments of University,
- Good command of written & spoken English,
- At least 5 years of experience in multinational company related products/systems sales & marketing,
- Have experience working (sales) with power solutions are preferable,
- Having technical background,
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and in Excel,
- No restriction to travel abroad and domestic,
- Completed military service,
- Result and solution focused,
- Having an analytical mindset.
Job Description
- Responsible for selling power-core solutions, cabinet systems, and UPS solutions for the Telecom, Industrial, and Marine sectors across the Turkish and foreign markets,
- Manage and grow sales of system components including rectifiers, controllers, inverters, converters, and power shelves,
- Drive revenue growth for company’s brands by developing new customer accounts, with a strong focus on the Industrial and Marine segments,
- Maintain and expand existing business with the three major GSM operators in Türkiye, while supporting local partners who integrate company’s solutions into their systems,
- Strengthen company’s market presence in surrounding countries by working closely with regional partners and distributors,
- Oversee all sales processes including new orders, ongoing projects, tenders, and RFQs, ensuring strong and consistent engagement with customers and partners,
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM by entering new opportunities and tracking progress; utilize the COMET tool within the CRM to prepare quotations and proposals for new projects,
- Preparing of sales forecast and material forecasts,
- Managing communication with the customer throughout the entire purchasing and delivery process, from order placement to delivery to the customer, and monitoring every aspect of the project.
