We are currently looking for a new member to our team who will work as Product Manager – Controls with the following qualifications:


Job Qualifications


  • University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics, Control or Mechatronics Engineering,
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in industrial automation market and OEM business,
  • Technical knowledge of control products (PLC, HMI, Network, Scada) with deep know-how
  • Having leadership qualities,
  • Very good command of English both written and spoken,
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, highly self motivated, resolute and positive emotional skills,
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates,
  • No restriction for travelling abroad.


Job Description


  • Responsible for PLC, HMI, Network, Power Supplies, Scada, Field Devices,
  • Implementation of all local strategies related to control solutions,
  • Determining mid-long term product and marketing strategy for all control products,
  • Establishing inventory strategies based on product sales performance and coordinating with the CS team for stock management,
  • Bridge role between Local Technical Team and R&D HQ.,
  • Playing key role in marketing activities and customer events,
  • Preparing printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, price lists, catalogues, technical announcements, product articles,
  • Supporting sales team about control products offering based on strategic and analytical thinking,
  • Technical and commercial support to sales team and channel partners by working closely and transferring experiences.
