Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Manager that will be responsible of Quality Management for customers with Headquarters in EMEA of AC Charging Solutions Product Range. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing risks related to quality.

Main responsibilities and task

  • Manage Quality Management of returned parts
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Frequent communication with customers
  • Track progress, risks, and costs; provide regular status reports
  • Review, write and adapt 8D reports
  • Manage documentation
  • Support root cause analysis
  • Logistic support to ensure proper RMA process

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in quality, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Technical degree (industrial engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering etc.) and experiences highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet business deadlines & targets
  • German, English and Mandarin language skills required
  • Positive spirit and attitude with implementation skills
  • Structured and well organized with high level of business ethics
  • Excellent communicator both internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel occasionally also to Asia
