We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team, focusing on the Appliance & Electrification market. This role is ideal for a self-driven, customer-oriented professional with a strong mix of key account management and business development skills.
With 5+ years of experience in appliances, electrification, or related markets (e.g. power tools, material handling, light e-mobility, charging solutions), the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the Appliance & Electrification segment across the DACH region.
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers in appliances, power tools, material handling, and electrification-related applications.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, from early design-in to series production.
- Support existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle, ensuring long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
- Track market and technology trends (e.g. electrification, efficiency, compliance) and reflect them in account strategies.
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (product management, application engineering, operations) to ensure competitive and timely solutions.
- Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within appliances, electrification, or related power electronics markets.
- Strong technical understanding of power supplies, chargers, or power conversion solutions.
- Existing customer network within the DACH Appliance & Electrification ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Commercially strong profile with solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approx. 30% within the DACH region.
- Fluency in German and English.
