Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end Building Automation and Integrated Security solutions. This role combines technical pre-sales, solution architecture, and project execution, supporting customers, partners, and internal teams in implementing scalable, reliable, and value-driven solutions across BAS/BMS, CCTV, and Access Control systems. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into future-ready smart building solutions aligned with Delta Electronics' technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales activities through technical consultations, solution presentations, proposal development, and customer engagements.
  • Design and recommend Building Automation, CCTV, and Access Control solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
  • Develop scalable system architectures, integration strategies, lifecycle proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners, system integrators, and internal teams.
  • Lead or support project execution, including system design, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Drive system integration across BAS/BMS, HVAC, energy management, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to recommend innovative and value-driven solutions.
  • Support training, knowledge sharing, and capability development for internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), CCTV, Access Control, and smart building solutions.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, technical pre-sales, and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of networking and communication protocols, including TCP/IP, BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, ONVIF, and Ethernet-based systems.
  • Experience integrating HVAC, BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and other building technologies into unified platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, network diagrams, and system layouts.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of building systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, sales teams, and engineering teams.
  • Professional certifications in BAS/BMS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, Delta Controls) are advantageous.
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects such as data centres, airports, hospitals, commercial buildings, or smart campuses is a plus.
