The MRO Buyer is responsible for purchasing maintenance, repair, and operations supplies and services to support business needs. This role ensures timely availability of MRO items while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.

Job Description
The MRO Buyer is responsible for purchasing maintenance, repair, and operations supplies and services to support business needs. This role ensures timely availability of MRO items while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate MRO request with the related parties.
- Create and follow purchase order based on the best interest of company.
- Track the delivery of order and expediting.
- Proactively identify and implement cost saving opportunities, central procurement and process improvements.
- Support sourcing, inventory, or invoice management based on the request by the supervisor.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement in Europe, preferably in MRO sectors.
- Strong knowledge of MRO category management.
- Experience with MRO & SAP systems, or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in at least two European languages, including English (mandatory).
- Strong communication.
- Cost analytical and reporting skills.
