We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to support our EMEA team in our Hoofddorp office. This role is responsible for the tactical execution and coordination of a wide range of marketing activities, focusing on strategy and content creation, event planning, digital communications, and essential operational support for the marketing department in a B2B setting.
Create and maintain product and application marketing content
Support new product launches
Keep content aligned with product updates and market feedback
Conduct market and competitor research
Build actionable market insights (industries, applications, segments, TAM)
Collect field insights from sales, trade fairs, and customers
Translate insights into actions for sales and product teams
Execute B2B channels and campaigns
- Collaborate with product managers and FAEs to accelerate time-to-market
- At least 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial / technical products
- Strong hands-on mindset — willing to execute personally
- Experience with marketing research and market analysis
- Comfortable working in sales-driven organizations
- Ability to translate technical content into business value
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Experience in HVAC, electronics, thermal, automation, data center, or similar industries is a plus
