Job Description

Delta Electronics TISBU EMEA operates in Telecom Power Solutions, Data Center Infrastructure, AI-driven facilities and Industrial Applications. We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist who combines structured execution, creative thinking and a strong ownership mindset to support commercial growth across EMEA. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a technical B2B environment. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and serve as a marketing contact for the regional sales teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered with speed, quality and accountability.

  • Translate commercial objectives into actionable marketing initiatives by executing multi-channel campaigns, supporting product launches, monitoring performance.
  • Develop and execute digital and technical marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Leveraging AI and design tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and brand consistency.
  • Ensure structured campaign tracking and performance
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and customer events across EMEA.
  • Lead marketing projects end-to-end by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing vendors and agencies, and delivering structured reporting and post-project analysis.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technical industries.
  • Experience in telecom infrastructure, industrial applications or data center environments is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in modern AI tools, CRM systems, digital marketing and analytics platforms, and structured collaboration/document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced presentation design capabilities.
  • Experience with graphic design and basic video editing tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma or similar); familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus.
  • Cost awareness and ability to manage marketing budgets responsibly.
