Job Description

We are looking for an HR Systems & Applications Specialist to join our HR team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will ensure our HR systems run smoothly, data stays accurate, and digital tools support efficient HR operations across the EMEA region. You will maintain HR data, support new system rollouts, and drive automation initiatives that enhance the employee and HR experience.

  • Maintain employee and organizational data across HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and improve HR applications such as KPI systems, absence management, and other regional tools
  • Lead or support the rollout of new HR modules, including reviewing specifications, testing, and implementation
  • Automate HR processes using Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) to increase efficiency
  • Develop reports and dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) to provide insights that support HR and business decisions

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR systems, data management, or HR operations
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and SharePoint
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and system rollouts
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Fluent in English; a second language is a plus
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured and proactive approach
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
