Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will support the growth of our people and organization across the EMEA region. You will coordinate learning programs, strengthen development structures, and contribute to HR initiatives such as performance management and organizational effectiveness. Your work will help build a more capable, connected, and future-ready organization.

  • Coordinate and implement learning and development programs across EMEA

  • Support talent, performance, and organizational development initiatives

  • Develop tools, materials, and frameworks to enhance people growth and capability

  • Analyze and improve HR and development processes for greater efficiency and impact

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives



Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development or Organizational Development

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint); experience with HR systems is a plus

  • Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
