System Feature Development & Enhancement
- To develop, enhance, and maintain UI features for internal service tools (e.g., dashboards, troubleshooting interfaces, configuration utilities).
- Ensure UI/UX designs comply with the latest functional and usability requirements.
- Assist in conducting user feedback sessions, usability testing, and design iterations.
- To integrate necessary updates into existing systems.
- Document App. changes, version updates, and workflows.
- Assist with firmware/software updates and system performance checks.
- Support service ticket management.
- Update and maintain service databases and technical documentation.
- Provide feedback from service cases to improve product quality and documentation.
- Contribute to improving service tools, templates, dashboards, and workflows.
Technical Skills
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Ladder, ST, C/C++, Python).
- Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP (preferred).
- Experience with debugging tools or test instruments is an advantage.
- Experience or coursework in UI/UX development is a plus:
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular)
- UI prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP (preferred). Experience with debugging tools or test instruments is an advantage.

- Other Requirements
- Willingness to join occasional onsite technical activities (if required).
