Product Manager - Power & Thermal


About the role:

The Product Manager will be contributor to the gap and new growth products, responsible for understanding local user needs, setting the region roadmap, and working directly with overseas business unit engineering teams.

You will also serve as an FAE works closely with and supports our Strategic Key Accounts with Account Manager & Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of power supply products, working cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams meet customer requirements and achieve profitable growth.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Category Growth
  • Insure vitality and growth of category revenue
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team through plans and strategies
  • Support target Key Accounts


  1. Product Strategy:
  • Set Strategy and Vision of the product category to align with business goals
  • Define/Penetrate/Expand regions Focus verticals/markets & target customer profile
  • Revenue projections 5+ years
  • 4Build commercial & technical support networks, training programs and GO-TO expert systems
  • ID Gaps & Partnership/M&A Opportunities


  1. Product Management:
  • Local N.A. Region roadmap & growth initiatives
  • NPI plan & execution for each series of products from GTM through migra-tion & EOL
  • Pricing structure
  • Inventory control
  • RMA process


  1. Market Research
  • Economic & trend information for the region
  • Competitor information & critical analysis
  • Product needs & VOC – Voice Of Customer (functional & certifications)
  • Develop key processes to drive continuous improvement (CI)


  1. New Business Development:
  • Creation and deployment of Sales-KIT and playbook
  • ID new targets list & Generate Leads & Develop into OPP
  • Represent Delta at category related trade and standards organizations for networking, brand building, and opportunity innovation.


Minium Qualifications:

  1. B.S.E (EE or related) & 5+ years’ experience of related product experience AND product management methods
  • 3-5yrs of experience on PM & FAE roles
  • Deep Knowledge in Power Supply applications such as: Industrial, Medical, LED, AI Data Canter and Others
  • Historically demonstrated technical capacity with a hands-on background in designing, installing, programming or testing
  • Conducts business professionally with a full understanding of area of specialization
  • Follows policies/procedures to resolve a wide range of issues
  • Able to analyze data and identify factors to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Ability to discuss design and compliance benefits with technically trained customers.
  • Proven success in launching new products and managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15 ~30 % for customer engagement, supplier visits, and trade shows.
