Location: Raleigh, NC
Position Overview:
The Power Supply & Thermal Product Lines Account Manager will take responsibility for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic sales for our key clients, the ideal candidate brings deep expertise in account management and a strong record of profitable sales growth.
Create new accounts and manage existing accounts in the Power and Thermal industry and provide solutions to meet customers’ specifications and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieving revenue targets by managing existing product lines and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop deep relationships with customers, and consultants to increase visibility of opportunities and Delta product
- Create and develop value propositions based on customer pain points, position Delta as the preferred supplier for Power Supply and Thermal product solutions.
- Grow market share by enhancing the customer and partner network, monitoring competitor activities, and creating plans to expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly pipeline reports to factory and business unit owners
- Coordinate with the customers’ and Delta’s engineering team.

- Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex performance data into clear specification outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in specification writing tools and engineering software (CAD, Excel modeling).
- Strategic mindset with an ability to align technical specifications with commercial goals.
- Customer Solutions & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Persistently explore customer needs to drive and develop Delta UPS and data center sales.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners; ensure documentation of presentations, financial reports and contracts aligns with corporate policies.
- Influence end user designs to integrate Delta products and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years as account management or sales manager in thermal and power industries
- Proven experience in sales processes and key‑account management.
- Strong background in power electronics with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; fluency in English. Mandarin speaking ability is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience maintaining CRM system as part of daily activity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented leader able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and leading field service or project‑delivery groups.
- Ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% out of state and country (including overnight stays).
