About the role:

The purpose of this position is to effectively coordinate all service projects, tools, resources, and paperwork involved with successfully fulfilling an Installation Services or Field Services jobs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Project Specialists by coordinating and preparing installation tools, job boxes, temporary systems, and other necessary equipment for field projects.
  • Oversee installation tool management, including maintaining tracking systems, scheduling calibrations, and ensuring availability.
  • Process MRO purchase orders for assigned projects.
  • Secure all required certificates of insurance and job permits in compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide warranty-based customer assistance, including battery replacements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify and process invoices for service projects.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to procure project materials in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a professional representative of Delta and Eltek to customers, including third-party suppliers.
  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
